摘要
目的探究围术期护理干预乳腺肿瘤患者对其上肢水肿及功能障碍的影响。方法选择在我院治疗的50例乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,各25例,对照组行常规手术及护理,观察组行围术期护理干预,比较两组护理干预7d后上肢水肿与功能障碍情况。结果观察组中重度上肢水肿及功能障碍的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理可改善乳腺肿瘤患者上肢水肿,恢复上肢运动功能,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on the edema and dysfunction of the upper limb in the patients with breast cancer. Methods 50 breast cancer patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine surgery and nursing. The observation group received perioperative nursing intervention. The edema and dysfunction of the upper limbs in two groups after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of severe upper extremity edema and dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing can improve upper limb edema, restore upper limb movement function and improve the quality of life of patients with breast tumor.
