摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的手术配合护理干预措施,分析其优越性。方法选取我院收治的40例腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者,按照住院号码随机分为常规组(C组,20例)和配合组(P组,20例)。C组患者实施常规护理,P组患者实施手术配合护理干预措施。观察和比较两种护理模式下的临床护理效果。结果 P组患者手术时间、出血量、术后肠道恢复时间、住院时间明显低于C组;医患对护理的满意度显著高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者实施手术配合护理干预措施,对顺利完成手术起关键性作用,减少手术相关并发症,促进患者的早日康复,提高医生和患者对护理的满意度。
Objective To discuss the operative and nursing intervention measures of laparoscopic ovarian cysts and analyze its advantages. Methods 40 cases of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into routine group（group C, 20 cases） and matched group（group P, 20 cases） according to hospitalization number.The patients in group C were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in group P were treated with operation and nursing intervention.To observe and compare the clinical nursing effect under the two nursing modes.Results The operative time, bleeding volume, postoperative intestinal recovery time and hospitalization time in group P were significantly lower than those in group C, and the satisfaction degree of doctors and patients in nursing group was significantly higher than that in group C, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts is a key step in successfully completing the operation. It can reduce operative related complications, promote early recovery of patients, and improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients.
