摘要
目的:探讨规范化护理流程在肿瘤分子靶向治疗中的应用价值。方法:本研究回顾分析笔者所在医院肿瘤科2015年1月-2017年1月收治100例肿瘤分子靶向治疗患者的临床资料,根据护理方法分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受常规方法护理,试验组接受规范化护理,比较分析两组患者临床护理效果。结果:试验组不良反应发生率为22%,对照组不良反应发生率为90%,两组肿瘤分子靶向治疗患者不良反应情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤分子靶向治疗患者接受系统的规范化护理,有助于患者治疗后不良反应发生率的降低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To evaluate the value of standardized nursing process in tumor molecular targeted therapy.Method：The clinical data of 100 patients with tumor molecular targeted therapy were analyzed retrospectively from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according the nursing method.The control group received routine nursing and the experiment group of standardized care,comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with clinical care.Result：The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 22%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 90%,and the adverse effects of the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tumor molecular targeted therapy patients receive standardized nursing process of the system,which can help to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment.It is worthy of clinical application.
