摘要
乡贤文化是中华优秀传统文化在乡村治理和伦理文明建设的一种实践文本。新时代传承和弘扬乡贤文化具有重要的伦理价值,有助于把社会主义核心价值观融入乡村社会精神文明建设各方面,使其内化为乡民的情感认同和心理共识,外化为行为习惯;有助于提升乡民们的文化自觉、文化自信和文化自强,提升乡村文化软实力,激励乡村社会健康持续发展;有助于促进乡村治理,建构德治与法治相结合的乡村治理模式;有助于培育文明乡风,形成向善向上的精神氛围。我们需要在立足传统的基础上面向现代和未来,在传承传统乡贤文化的同时予以创造性发展,培育既扎根传统又富有时代气息且面向世界和未来的新的乡贤文化。
The culture of country sages is a kind of practice of the functions of traditional Chinese culture in thegovernance of the countryside and the construction of ethical civilization. It is of significant ethical value to inherit andpromote country sage culture in the new era, which can help integrate core socialist values with the construction of spiritual civilization in the countryside and combine the emotional identity and psychological consensus of villagers with theirpractice. Meanwhile, it can help villagers enhance their cultural self-consciousness, cultural self-confidence and culturalself-improvement, which will in turn promote the cultural soft power of the countryside and stimulate the sound and sustained development for the countryside. Besides, it is beneficial not only to the promotion the governance of the countryside by combining the rule of virtue with the rule of the law, but also to the cultivation of a positive spiritual atmosphere. Therefore, based on traditions, we should face the modern times and future, and combine the inheritance of country sage culture with its innovative development, so as to foster new country sage culture with deep roots in tradition andexpectation of the future.
