摘要
目的分析高血压患者护理中应用电话随访式健康教育的效果。方法选取2015年3月—2018年3月在我院进行治疗的高血压患者9 400例作为研究对象。根据病案号单双号,将其分为观察组和参照组,每组各4 700例。其中,参照组患者予以常规的出院指导,观察组患者在此基础上,予以电话随访式健康教育。对比两组患者的应用效果。结果观察组患者的控制有效率为95.55%,高于参照组患者的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=529.83,P<0.05)。结论使用电话随访式健康教育有益于促进高血压患者血压的控制情况的改善,帮助患者养成良好的生活习惯,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the efect of telephone follow-up health education in patients with hypertension. Methods 9 400 patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected, and 4 700 cases were divided into observation group and reference group according to the single double number of hospital bed. Among them, the patients in the control group were given regular discharge guidance, and the patients in the observation group were given a telephone follow-up health education on this basis. The results were compared with those of the two groups. Results The control rate of patients in the observation group was 95.55%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant (χ2=529.83, P〈0.05).Conclusion The use of telephone follow-up health education is benefcial to the improvement of blood pressure control in hypertension patients, and to help patients develop good living habits and improve patient satisfaction.
