摘要
目的对快速康复外科理念运用于宫颈癌根治术后患者康复进程的影响进行分析。方法选取2017年6—12月的宫颈癌根治术后患者45例作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(23例)与参照组(22例)。观察组实施快速康复外科理念护理,参照组采取常规护理,对比两组患者术后恢复情况。结果将两组患者术后观察指标中的首次排气、首次排便、下床活动以及住院时间的情况分别进行对比,观察组优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理总满意率分别为95.65%、54.55%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将快速康复外科理念运用于宫颈癌根治术后患者中,能够显著缩短患者的术后恢复时间,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the influence of concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in rehabilitation process for patients with cervical cancer after radical resection. Methods 45 cases of patients after radical resection of cervical cancer from June to December 2017 were selected, and they were divided into the observation group of 23 cases and the reference group of 22 cases according to the random digital table method. The observation group were implemented the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, while the reference group were took routine nursing. Then, the recovery of two groups after the operation was compared. Results The frst exhaust, the frst defecation, the ambulation and the time of hospitalization in the two groups of patients were compared. The observation group was better than the reference group （P 〈 0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the two groups was 95.65% and 54.55% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in application of patients with cervical cancer after radical resection, which it is great signifcance to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and accelerate postoperative recovery, thus it is higher clinical value.
