摘要
目的研究分析经尿道输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术的护理配合。方法选取2016年2月—2018年2月在我院进行输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术的100例患者作为研究对象,对其资料进行回顾性分析,分析护理配合。结果本次进行手术的患者均顺利通过手术,手术时间为(55.6±20.1)min、平均出血量为(7.88±1.47)ml以及留置导管时间为(1.45±0.44)天。术后有1例患者出现出血,均未出现明显的并发症。结论对进行输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术的患者采用优质护理,有助于手术顺利进行。
Objective To study and analyze the nursing cooperation of transurethral ureteroscopy with holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods From February 2016 to February 2018, 100 cases of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope were studied in our hospital. The data were retrospectively analyzed and the nursing cooperation was analyzed. Results The operation was performed successfully in all patients. The operation time was （55.6±20.1） min, the average amount of bleeding was （7.88±1.47） ml and the retention catheter time was （1.45±0.44） days. Postoperativebleeding occurred in 1 patient and no obvious complications occurred. Conclusion High quality nursing care for patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope is helpful for the smooth operation.
