摘要
目的探讨妇产科不规则出血的原因和临床治疗方法。方法选择2016年2月—2017年2月来我院就诊的100例妇产科阴道不规则出血的患者作为研究对象。按照随机分组法,将患者分为对照组和实验组,每组患者各50例。其中,对照组患者接受止血、消炎等临床药物治疗;实验组患者接受康妇炎胶囊治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果经过系统的治疗之后,两组患者均产生显著的效果,其中,对照组患者治疗有效率为68%(34/50),实验组患者治疗有效率为92%(46/50);两组患者数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科阴道不规则出血临床治疗期间需要对患者病情进行全面系统的诊断,采取针对性的治疗措施,实验组患者接受康妇炎胶囊治疗,能减少妇科患者阴道出血量,保证患者出血临床症状得到改善。
Objective To investigate the causes of irregular bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology and clinical treatment methods. Methods A total of 100 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology who came to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, 50 cases in each group. The patients in the controlgroup were treated with hemostatic and anti-infammatory drugs, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with kangfuyan capsule, and the treatment efect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After systematic treatment, two groups of patients had signifcant efects.Among them, the efective rate of the control group was 68% （34/50）. The efective rate of the experimental group was 92% （46/50）, and the diference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Gynecological vaginal bleeding during the clinical treatment, we need tomake a comprehensive and systematic diagnosis of the patient＇s condition. Taking targeted treatment, the patients in the experimental group received the treatment of kangfuyan capsule, which could reduce the amount ofvaginal bleeding in gynecologic patients, and to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bleeding.
