摘要
基于用户发展的图书馆自我评估是提升图书馆科学管理水平的有效途径,也是在新的发展形势下,促进用户与图书馆共同发展的重要形式。文章通过梳理图书馆自我评估的相关理论,结合长期的实践,建立了基于用户发展的图书馆自我评估模型。该模型突出了以下五个要点:图书馆自我评估的性质是指向内需式的自我改进;图书馆自我评估的导向是关注"人"在图书馆的生活质量;图书馆自我评估的内容包含图书馆员、资源、服务、组织与领导及文化五个核心要素;图书馆自我评估是多方协同交互的常态评估;图书馆自我评估中要对评估结果进行交互验证和数据跟踪。
Library self-assessment based on users' development has been an important approach for scientific library management, which is also an effective way to help library promote users' development and achieve library improvement in the new normal of library reform. Based on a great deal of theory accumulation and practical exploration, the model of library self-assessment based on users' development has been constructed, which includes five key points: nature, an improvement-oriented evaluation derived from user's internal demand; orientation, focusing on the quality of library life; content, the core elements include librarian, resources, service, organization and leadership, culture; implementation, interactive and collaborative implementation integrated into the daily work of library; result utilization, emphasizing data tracking and cross-validation.
