油用牡丹籽仁中茋类化合物超声波提取及其抑菌活性研究 被引量:8

摘要 茋类化合物属于多酚类化合物,具有天然性,有较高的应用价值。试验以凤丹油用牡丹的籽仁为原料,以茋类化合物的提取量为评价指标,采用Folin-Ciocalteu比色,单因素试验和响应面分析等方法,研究了液料比、超声时间、超声功率对油用牡丹籽仁中茋类化合物提取量的影响程度及最佳提取方案。结果表明,当液料比、超声时间、超声功率依次为34∶1(m L/g),40 min,200 W时,茋类化合物提取量最佳,可达到0.465 4 mg/g。最后,借助大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈试验,论证了油用牡丹仁中的茋类提取物具有较好的抑菌性能。 Stilbene derivatives are a kind of natural polyphenols compounds and have high application value. In this paper,Feng dan peony seed was used as raw material and the amount of stilbene extracting as evaluation index. Meanwhile, the Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetric method, single factor test and response surface analysis were exploited to obtain the impact of the proportion of water to material, ultrasound time, and ultrasound power on extraction yield of stilbene derivatives. The results showed that the optimal extraction method were as follows, the ratio of liquid to material was 34∶1(m L/g), the ultrasound power was 200 W, and the ultrasound time was 40 minutes. Under the conditions, the extraction amount of stilbene derivatives could reach 0.465 4 mg/g. Finally, this extractive in the peony for oil having good bacteriostatic activity was demonstrated by the inhibition zone test of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
