摘要 目的:分析CT颅脑灌注成像(CTP)在急性缺血性脑血管疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法:选择本院于2015年10月-2017年10月间收治的92例急性缺血性脑血管疾病患者为研究主体。给予患者CT平扫检查与CTP检查,对比检出率。将患者划分为A组与B组,A组患者为TIA(短暂性脑缺血发作)疾病,B组患者为CI(脑梗死)疾病,均为46例。对比两种疾病类型的CTP检出差异。结果:CTP的疾病检出率为95.65%,CT平扫的疾病检出率为67.39%,对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患侧的TTP(峰值时间)、MTT(对比剂通过时间)和健侧对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患侧的TTP、MTT、CBV(脑血容量)和CBF(脑血流量)与健侧对比均有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为该类疾病患者行CTP诊断可显著提高疾病检出率,并能有效指导病情程度判断,进而支持治疗方案的最优化选择。 Objective: To analyze the application of CT craniocerebral perfusion imaging(CTP) in the diagnosis of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: 92 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the main body of the study. The CT scan and CTP examination were given to the patients, and the rate of detection was compared. The patients were divided into group A and group B, group A was TIA(transient ischemic attack) disease, and group B was CI(cerebral infarction) disease, all of which were46 cases. There was a difference in the CTP detection of the two types of disease. Results: The detection rate of CTP was 95.65%, and the detection rate of CT plain scan was 67.39%, and the difference was significant(P〈0.05). There were significant differences in TTP(peak time), MTT(contrast agent passing time) and contralateral contrast in the affected side of group A, and statistically significant(P〈0.05). The TTP, MTT, CBV(cerebral blood volume) and CBF(cerebral blood flow) and the contralateral side of the affected side of the group B were significantly different from those in the healthy side(P〈0.05). Conclusion: CTP diagnosis for patients with this disease can significantly improve the detection rate of disease, and effectively guide the judgement of the severity of disease, so as to support the optimal selection of treatment plan.
