摘要
以274名研发人员为研究对象,通过问卷调查和实证分析,探讨组织支持感对员工幸福感的影响,并分析情绪调节自我效能感的中介作用。结果表明,组织支持感对情绪调节自我效能感有正向影响作用,情绪调节自我效能感对工作幸福感和心理幸福感均有正向影响作用,情绪调节自我效能感在组织支持感与工作幸福感、组织支持感与心理幸福感之间起中介作用。
Taking 274 R&D personnels as the research object, based on questionnaire and empirical analysis, this paper study on therelationship between perceived organizational support and employee well -being, and the intermediary role of regulatory emotionalself-efficacy.The result shows that perceived organizational support has a positive effect on regulatory emotional self-efficacy.Regulatory emotional self-efficacy has a positive effect on workplace well-being and psychological well-being.Regulatory emotional self-efficacy plays a intermediary role between perceived organizational support and workplace well-being, perceived organizational supportand psychological well-being.
