摘要
城市未来的竞争力很大一部分来自于文化软实力,而文化软实力的创造主体则在于文化创意人才。上海需要充分认清文化创意人才对城市进步的关键作用,把握文化创意产业发展趋势,从建立文化创意人才认定标准、完善政府扶持产业发展方式、打造文化产业发展生态链等方面着手,营造适宜文化创意人才生存和发展的良好生态环境。
A large part of the future competitiveness of the city comes from the soft power of culture,while the main body of cultural soft power lies in cultural and creative talents.Shanghai needs to fully recognize the key role of cultural and creative talents in urban progress and grasp the development trend of cultural and creative industries,start from the establishment of cultural and creative talent identification standards,improve the way the government supports the development of industry,and create an ecological chain of cultural industry development,to create a good ecological environment suitable for the survival and development of cultural and creative talents.
