摘要
水工金属性结构本身具有较差的可接近性、比较复杂的结构和较大的板厚,其焊缝检测有一定的难度,很容易对结构造成损坏。近几年,超声相控阵技术因其检测的无损性得到迅速发展,通过有序激励各个阵元,其聚焦声束和偏转都比较灵活,采取动态聚焦、扇形扫查和联合线性式扫查等工作方式,其检测速度更快,灵敏度更高。本文主要简要介绍超声相控阵技术,并分析其水工金属性结构中检测焊缝的应用。
Hydraulic metal structure itself has poor accessibility, more complex structure and larger plate thickness, the weld detection is difficult to a certain extent, it is easy to cause damage to the structure.In recent years, the ultrasonic phased array technology has been developed rapidly because of its non-destructive property. through the orderly excitation of each array element, the focused beam and deflection are more flexible. dynamic focusing, sector scanning and joint linear scanning are adopted. the detection speed is faster and the sensitivity is higher.In this paper, the ultrasonic phased array technology is briefly introduced, and the application of the ultrasonic phased array technology to weld detection in the hydraulic metallic structure is analyzed.
