摘要
容积式隔膜泵是氧化铝生产流程中重要的设备,在管道化溶出和赤泥外排工序中几乎具有无可替代的优势,但容积泵出口压力波动较大,为缓解这一问题氧化铝生产所用的大型的隔膜泵在出口管道上都安装有平息出料脉动的氮气缓冲器,本文结合实际情况对缓冲器中的隔膜破裂情况进行了分析。
Positive displacement diaphragm pump is an important equipment in alumina production process. it has almost irreplaceable advantages in the process of pipeline dissolution and red mud discharge. however, the pressure fluctuation at the outlet of positive displacement pump is large. in order to alleviate this problem, the large diaphragm pump used in alumina production has nitrogen buffer installed on the outlet pipeline to calm the discharge pulsation. this paper analyzes the diaphragm rupture in the buffer according to the actual situation.
