摘要
对于机械产品来说,其是否具有较强的可靠性与耐久性,在很大程度上是由金属零件表面质量决定的。本文简要阐述了机械加工中金属零件表面质量的含义,继而分析了机械加工表面质量对机械设备使用性能的影响以及影响表面粗糙程度的因素,最后提出了提高机械加工零件表面质量的对策。
For mechanical products, whether or not they have strong reliability and durability is largely determined by the surface quality of metal parts. This paper briefly describes the surface quality of the metal parts machining in meaning, then analyzes the machined surface quality of mechanical equipment performance and influencing factors of surface roughness, finally puts forward some countermeasures to improve the surface quality of machined parts.
