摘要
本文针对某企业生产的扩散Cu Sn10金属粉末产品性能进行研究,分析了扩散Cu Sn10金属粉末产品物理性能特点。通过实验研究烧结温度和压坯密度对该金属粉末烧结性能的影响。研究发现,随着烧结温度的提升,扩散Cu Sn10金属粉末烧结收缩性变化较为明显,压坯密度对产品烧结收缩性影响较小。此外,随着烧结温度的提高能有效提升产品的压溃强度,提高压坯密度也是提高产品压溃强度的有效方式之一。
The performance of the diffusion CuSn10 metal powder product produced by an enterprise is studied in this paper,and the physical properties of the diffusion CuSn10 metal powder are analyzed. The influence of sintering temperature and compact density on sintering performance of the powder are studied experimentally. It is found that, with the increase of sintering temperature, the shrinkage change of the sintered CuSn10 metal powder is more obvious, and the compact density has little effect on the sintering shrinkage of the product. In addition, with the increase of sintering temperature, the compressing strength of the product can be improved effectively, and the increase of the compact density is also an effective way to improve the compressing strength of the product.
