摘要
自信心是现代大学生应具备的重要品质,学生的自信心能够促使其在大学英语的学习中更有动力,使其富有成就感。但是,许多大学生在英语学习中都缺乏自信心,导致其学习积极性不高,不愿自觉的完成课后作业,也没有养成好的学习习惯。所以,有的学生对英语知识的掌握不牢固,在实际应用中容易出现各种错误。要改善大学英语课堂教学质量,教师还需要培养学生的自信心。本文对自信心的内涵进行分析,并就大学英语课堂教学中存在的问题,以及培养大学生自信心的途径进行探讨。
Self confidence is an important quality that modern college students should have. Students＇ self-confidence can make them more motivated in College English learning and make them feel fulfilled. However,many college students lack self-confidence in their English learning,which leads to their low learning motivation and unconsciously completing their homework after class,nor have they formed good learning habits. Therefore,some students are not strong in mastering English knowledge and are prone to various errors in practical application. In order to improve the quality of College English classroom teaching,teachers need to cultivate students ＇self-confidence. This paper analyzes the connotation of self-confidence,and discusses the existing problems in College English classroom teaching and the ways to cultivate self-confidence of college students.
