摘要
通过对"一带一路"、区域经济一体化、自由贸易区等递进的经贸合作相关理论进行界定,客观分析了黑龙江对俄经贸合作存在着中俄已确立战略伙伴关系、黑龙江地理位置具有特殊性、中俄两国经济存在互补性、中俄双方高校合作关系已确立、俄罗斯人民币清算行正式启动等优势,并从增强战略伙伴关系、推进区域文化交流、提供完备配套设施、建立自由贸易区域、确定经济合作领域等方面构建黑龙江对俄经贸合作路径,为地方政府发展对外贸易提供理论参考。
The study defines the relevant theory about the progressive economic and trade cooperation based on the Belt and Road,regional economic integration and free trade zone, and objectively analyzes the advantages of Heilongjiang economic and trade cooperation with Russia. China and Russia have established strategic partnership; Heilongjiang is in the special geographical position; the economy is complementarity; the two countries have established cooperation relationship in colleges and universities; Russia has launched the RMB clearing bank. In order to build Heilongjiang economic and trade cooperation path with Russia, the government should strengthen the strategic partnership, promote regional cultural exchanges, provide complete supporting facilities, set up the free trade zone and determine economic cooperation field, so as to provide theoretical reference for local governments to develop foreign trade.
