摘要
传统电商红利正在逐渐式微,发展面临瓶颈。同时,消费市场不断要求消费升级,人们更加注重购物的场景化和体验化,传统电商无法带来真实场景体验的弊病日益显露。"新零售"是以顾客体验为中心的零售本质的回归,是线上线下加现代物流全渠道建设,融合大数据、云计算等新兴技术,融合新金融、新资源等多产业生态链来提高零售效率和用户体验的零售新模式。电商企业与实体零售企业走出困境的最佳路径就是进行战略合作、协同发展,利用资源优势互补、融合升级共同推进"新零售"发展,呈现出合作、协同、共享、共赢的零售新局面。
The traditional e-commerce bonus is declining and the development is facing bottlenecks. In the meantime,the consumer market is also constantly requiring consumption upgrades. People pay more attention to the scene-based and experience-based shopping experience,and the shortcomings that traditional e-commerce businesses cannot bring real scene experience are increasingly revealed. "New retail"is a return of retail nature based on customer experience. It is a new retail model integrating online and offline full-channel construction of modern logistics. It is an integration of emerging technologies such as big data and cloud computing,and an integration of multi-industry ecological chains such as new finance and new resources to improve retail efficiency and consumer experience. The best way for e-commerce and entity retailers to get out of their predicament is to carry out strategic cooperation and coordinated development,and make full use of complementary resources and integration and upgrading to jointly promote the development of new retail,showing a new retail situation of cooperation,collaboration,sharing and win-win.
