摘要
针对男幼师专业能力问题,通过文献研究和专家咨询,提取12个专业能力因素,利用解释结构模型方法,分析各能力因素之间的关联,构建起男幼师专业能力的层级结构,并为高校更有效地培养男幼师提出了相应的建议。
As to male preschool teacher professional ability,through literature research and expert consultation,12 professional ability factors are extracted. Then by using the Interpret Structure Model( ISM),a hierarchy of male preschool teacher professional ability was established based on an analysis of the link between the various factors,and suggestions were made on more effectively training of male preschool teachers in higher learning institutes.
