摘要
以雁崖煤业公司2307巷为例,分析了工作面重要机械设备存在的问题,并对掘进机、刮板输送机、带式输送机三方面提出几项合理化措施。实践证明,对2307巷机械设备采取合理的故障解决措施后,降低了设备事故率,提高了煤矿经济效率,保证了工作面安全稳定生产,取得了显著成效。
Taking 2307 roadway of Yanya Coal Industry Company as an example, this paper simply expounds the problems existing in the important machinery and equipment in the working face, and introduces the roadheader and scraper conveyer. Several rationalization measures are put forward in three aspects of belt conveyor. It is proved by practice that the accident rate of equipment is reduced, the economic efficiency of coal mine is improved, the safety and stability of working face is ensured, and remarkable results have been obtained after the adoption of countermeasures for mechanical equipment in 2307 roadway.
