摘要
分析了变频调速技术的优势与应用要点,并结合泰山隆安矿井,深入探讨变频调速技术在该矿井集中主运大巷运输皮带系统和北集中大巷皮带系统上的控制过程及控制效果。效果显示:其不仅实现了传动皮带的平滑启动、无级变速,提高了功率因数使得电机效率得到了有效利用,而且优化了皮带系统其他设备的使用寿命。
This paper analyzes the advantages and application points of frequency conversion speed regulation technology, and combines with Longan mine of Taishan, This paper probes into the control process and control effect of frequency conversion speed regulation technology in the transportation belt system of the main main roadway and the belt system of the north centralized roadway in this mine. The results show that not only the smooth start of the transmission belt is realized, but also the stepless speed change is realized. The efficiency of the motor is effectively utilized by improving the power factor, and the service life of other equipment in the belt system is optimized.
