摘要
离心压缩机组结构复杂,故障的种类繁多,在实际的离心压缩机故障诊断过程中,仅通过几种典型的故障频率就判断故障原因比较困难,在众多故障类型中,压缩机转子不平衡与回转体松动故障的甄别较为复杂。不平衡与回转体松动这两种故障类型有着很多的相似故障现象,因此分析这两种故障的频率特征和故障特性是甄别两类故障的关键。介绍了离心压缩机不平衡与松动的频率特征、故障特性及相应机理研究,通过实际的离心压缩机故障诊断案例分析,总结两种故障类型的甄别方法,并得出一套相应的解决措施。
Centrifugal compressor is complicated in structure and fault types are more in the practical fault diagnosis of compressor process, through several simple fault frequency to judge the type of fault is difficult. Among various fault types, especially, the unbalance of discrimination and rotary looseness is complex. Unbalance and rotary loosening have similar fault phenomenon, Therefore, the analysis of the frequency characteristics and fault characteristics of the two faults are the key to identify the two types of faults. In this paper, the frequency, characteristics and mechanism of unbalance and looseness of centrifugal compressor are introduced, and two fault types are screened out by case study. The discrimination methods of two fault types are summarized, and a set of corresponding solutions are summed up.
