摘要
高职院校机电类实验实训室是培养现代化高素质、高技能型人才的重要基地,对于提高实践教学水平,培养学生动手能力具有重要的意义。针对机电类实验实训室管理存在的问题进行分析,阐述精细化管理的内含和精细化管理的措施,明确精细化管理是当前新形势下管理工作的一种创新,也是完善实验实训室的制度、提高实验实训室的效率、充分发挥其功能的有效途径。
College ol mechanical and electrical laboratory is an important base ol high vocational skills training talents ol high quality, modernization,to improve the practice teaching level,has an important role in cultivating students’ practical ability. Based on electromechanical experimental training class room management,the analysis ol existing problems,this paper refines the inclusion and relinement ol management measures,clear the elaborating management is the management under the new situation ol a kind ol innovation,and improve the system ol experimental training rooms,improve the efficiency ol experimental training rooms,an ellective way to give lull play to its lunction.
