摘要
目的探讨阿莫西林舒巴坦联合人参五味子汤治疗小儿难治性肺炎的临床效果。方法将2017年6月—12月我院收治的小儿难治性肺炎患儿80例分为对照组与观察组,对照组患儿40例,采用阿莫西林舒巴坦进行治疗;观察组患儿40例,采用阿莫西林舒巴坦联合人参五味子汤进行治疗。对比2组治疗效果、不良反应情况以及临床症状消失时间。结果对照组治疗总有效率(72.50%)低于观察组(92.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组恶心呕吐、腹泻、荨麻疹等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组体温恢复时间(3.42±2.04)d、咳嗽咳痰消失时间(4.32±2.21)d、喘息消失时间(5.36±1.74)d、肺部啰音消失时间(6.20±1.66)d,均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿莫西林舒巴坦联合人参五味子汤治疗小儿难治性肺炎可有效提升治疗效果,在较短时间内改善患儿的临床症状,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amoxicillin sulbactam combined with Ginseng-schisandrae decoction in treatment of children with refractory pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 80 children with refractory pneumonia in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group by treatment regimens,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was given amoxicillin sulbactam,while observation group was treated with amoxicillin sulbactam combined with Ginseng-schisandrae decoction. The curative effects,adverse reactions and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of control group（72.50%）was lower than observation group（92.50%）（P〈0.05）;There was no statistical difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,urticaria between the two groups（P〈0.05）;The temperature recovery time,disappearance time of cough and expectoration,disappearance time of wheezing,disappearance time of lung rale in observation group [（3.42±2.04）d,（4.32±2.21）d,（5.36±1.74）d,（6.20±1.66）d] were shorter than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amoxicillin sulbactam combined with Ginseng-schisandrae decoction in treatment of children with refractory pneumonia can increase curative effects,early improve clinical symptoms and have higher safety.
