摘要
目的调查妇科恶性肿瘤患者信息需求现状,为进行有针对性的患者健康教育提供依据。方法对2015年3月~2016年5月我院的415例妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行问卷调查,有效问卷400份。对400份有效问卷进行分析。结果 400例妇科恶性肿瘤患者信息需求总均分为(141.85±21.75)分,条目均分为(3.64±0.56)分,患者对信息的需求程度较高。5个维度的排序及得分情况为:身体健康信息需求(4.12±0.51)分、社会健康信息需求(3.82±0.65)分、疾病与治疗信息需求(3.49±0.65)分、心理健康信息需求(3.46±0.75)分、家庭健康信息需求(3.35±0.79)分。结论医护人员应重视对妇科恶性肿瘤患者信息需求的评估,根据不同患者不同时期的信息需求,提供具有个性化、针对性的健康教育支持,最大程度的满足患者对信息的需求,使患者顺利度过疾病治疗期,同时提高患者康复期的生存质量。
Objective To investigate the status of information needs in patients with gynecological malignant tumors so as to provide basis for the performance of targeted health education.Methods Questionnaire survey was made to 415 cases with gynecological malignant tumors hospitalized during the period from Mar.,2015 to May,2016; 400 questionnaires were valid and analyzed.Results The total average score of information needs in the 400 cases was(141.85 ±21.75) and the item average score was(3.64±0.56); the 5 dimensions ranged as follows:physical health information need(4.12 ± 0.51),social health information need(3.82 ± 0.65),disease and treatment information need(3.49±0.65),mental health information need(3.46±0.75) and home health information need(3.35±0.79).Conclusions More attention should be paid to the evaluation of information needs of the patients with gynecological malignant tumors and individual and targeted health education support be provided; to meet the information needs of different patients in different period at utmost is of great help in treatment process and in the improvement of life quality of the patients in rehabilitation.
