运动骨骼肌用力对半月板损伤影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对运动的骨骼肌用力特征进行分析,探讨其对膝关节半月板损伤的影响,采用肌电测试法对12名篮球运动员进行不同动作时的骨骼肌用力情况进行测试.测试结果表明,不同的动姿势对骨骼肌发挥的作用不同,不同性别进行同一动作时的骨骼肌用力情况存在差异,在进行运动策略制定时,应充分考虑运动人员的性别差异;当角度在一定的范围时,才能发挥骨骼肌力量的最佳状态;当下肢用力不当,发生急剧内旋翻转时,容易使骨骼肌受到过大牵张、撕扯,从而使半月板产生挤压、碾磨,发生损伤,因此针对不同运动的骨骼肌用力特征,制定有针对性的科学合理的运动计划. Through the analysis of skeletal muscle force characteristics of the movement,We explore its effect on the injury of the meniscus of the knee joint.The skeletal muscle force of different movements on 12 basketball athletes was tested by EMG test method.The test results show that the dynamic posture of different skeletal muscle play a different role.There are gender differences the same a movement of skeletal muscle force,the movement strategy,should fully consider the gender differences in sports personnel.When the angle in a certain range,the best state of skeletal muscle strength of lower limbs is achieved.When improper and sharp in turn,The skeletal muscle due to excessive tension,tear,thus produce meniscus extrusion,milling,damaged are happened.So according to the force characteristics for different movement of skeletal muscle,We must develop targeted science with reasonable exercise plan.
