摘要
通过对2016—2017年度"五刊"中公共政策类文献关键词的频次统计与Bib Excel共词分析,发现西方理论的引入和本土化是公共政策研究的主要方向,公共政策过程阶段论是公共政策研究的主流范式,定性研究中的思辨分析与定量研究中的假设模型分析成为学者们采用的主要研究方法,经济政策中的财政政策和社会政策中的社会保障政策成为研究领域的关注焦点。结合研究现状与热点,研究范式本土化、研究方法多元化、政策领域民生化将成为我国公共政策研究发展的必然趋势。
According to the frequency statistics and the co-word analysis of Bib Excel of the keywords of publicpolicy literature in five representative journals in China during 2016-2017, we can find that the introductionand indigenization of Western theories is the main direction of public policy research, that the stage theory ofpublic policy process is the mainstream paradigm for public policy research, that the speculative analysis inqualitative research and the hypothetical model analysis in quantitative research become the main researchmethods adopted by scholars, and that the fiscal policy in economic policy and the social security policy in so-cial policy become the focus of attention in such a research field. With the combination of the research statusand its hotspot, the indigenization of research paradigm, the diversification of research methods, and the tenden-cy of livelihood-oriented policy area will become the inexorable trend of China＇s development of public policyresearch.
