情境学习理论视野下的MBA教学设计探讨

摘要 教学设计通常以学习理论作为它的理论基础,作为当代学习理论研究的一个重要取向,情境学习理论为工商管理专业硕士(MBA)教学设计提供了新的视角,基于情境学习理论的MBA教学应当注意情景设立,强调实践能力培养,尊重学员的主动性,利用学员的经验,促进学员之间的互动和共同成长,转变教师的角色意识和行为,改变学习评价方式。
