摘要
结合郑州市轨道交通5号线农心盾构区间地面沉降的工程实例,对盾构机在富水砂层中下穿河流前地面沉降的原因进行了全面分析,认为盾构停机时间过长、渣土不良、同步注浆浆液性能不达标、施工参数配置不合理、现场监测不及时等均是导致此次盾构施工过程中地面沉降过大的主要因素,并提出相应的控制措施,地表沉降得到有效控制。为解决盾构在砂层地面沉降控制问题提供借鉴。
With the ground settlement in the Nongxin shield section of Line 5 of the Zhengzhou Rail Transit as a practical engineering example,the causes for the ground settlement before the shield machine under-crossing a river in the rich-watered sandy stratum are analyzed in an all-round way.It is thought that the shield stopping work too long,the residual soil being poor,the performance of the synchronous grouting slurry being not up to the standard,the allocation of the construction parameters being irrational and the site monitoring being untimely are all the main factors leading to the excessive ground subsidence during the shield construction.Meanwhile,put forward in the paper are the corresponding control measures,which help effectively control the ground settlement.The paper may serve as a useful reference for the control of the ground settlement when a shield works in a sandy stratum.
