摘要
以异烟肼和取代苯甲醛为起始原料,首先合成了席夫碱中间体,然后再与巯基乙酸反应得到4个最终产物2a-2d。各中间产物及最终产物的结构经元素分析和~1H NMR进行了表征。
Using isoniazid and substituted benzaldehyde as starting materials,schiff base intermediate was synthesized. 4 final products 2 a-2 d were reacted with thiol acetic acid. The structure of the intermediate products and the final products was characterized by elemental analysis and -1H NMR.
