摘要
近年来,随着建设的强度不断加大,建设质量安全要求不断提高,水利工程建设项目在多专业、多领域协同以及进度、质量、投资、安全、拆迁、用地等多因素叠加,要求在建设初期应统筹安排,做好实施规划工作,以提高项目的建设管理效率。目前正在兴起的BIM技术为解决上述问题提供了新的方案,充分发挥以数据交互、模型应用及设计技术优化、管理效率提升的BIM技术优势。在项目前期,关键是制定好BIM技术目标及其实施规划。
In recent years,as the strength of the construction is increasing, the requirements for the construction quality and safety are constantly improved.Many factors are superimposed in the construction projects of water resources projects, such as multi-professional, multi-field coordination, progress,quality, investment, safety, demolition and land using, which requires that the overall arrangements and implementation planning. So as to improve the efficiency of the construction and management of the project in the early stage of construction.The emerging BIM technology provides a new solution for solving the problems above. The article shows the advantages of BIM technology, such as data interaction, model application,design technology optimization, and management efficiency improvement. In the early stage of the project, the key is to set up a good BIM technical target and its implementation plan.
