初始持荷水平对预应力钢带加固钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能影响研究 被引量:1

RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF INITIAL LOAD LEVEL ON SHEAR BEHAVIOR OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMS RETROFITTED WITH PRESTRESSED STEEL STRIPS

摘要 对4根预应力钢带加固的钢筋混凝土梁以及1根未加固钢筋混凝土梁进行了静力加载试验,研究初始持荷水平及钢带间距对预应力钢带加固钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能的影响作用。试验结果表明:采用预应力钢带加固后钢筋混凝土梁的抗剪承载力高于未加固试件,加固后梁的变形能力有所提高。加固前梁的初始持荷水平对抗剪承载力的提升有明显影响,初始持荷水平越低,承载力提高作用越显著。钢带间距越小,抗剪加固修复效果越显著。通过分析初始持荷水平、钢带间距以及预应力水平等因素对梁试件抗剪承载力的影响机理,在考虑初始持荷水平的情况下,提出了预应力钢带加固钢筋混凝土梁抗剪承载力的计算式,计算值与试验结果基本相符。 In order to investigate the influence of the initial load level and steel strip spacing on the shear bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beams retrofitted with prestressed steel strips,a series of static loading tests for four retrofitted beam specimens and one specimen which acted as control specimen were conducted. Based on the test results,the shear bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beam specimens retrofitted with prestressed steel strips was higher than that of the unretrofitted beam specimen. In addition,the deformation capacity of the retrofitted beams was also improved. The test results showed that the initial load level of the reinforced concrete beams before reinforcement had a significant effect on the shear bearing capacity,that was,with the decrease of initial load level of the retrofitted beams,the shear bearing capacity increased. It was also shown that reducing the steel strip spacing of the retrofitted beams could improve the repair effect of the shear reinforcement significantly. Through the analysis of the influence mechanism of the initial load level,steel strips spacing and prestressing level,the shear bearing capacity calculation formulas of the reinforced concrete beams retrofitted with prestressed steel strips were proposed when considering the initial load level. And the calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental results.
