摘要
主要研究了不同预热处理温度及挤压工艺对耐磨锡青铜Cu-6.5Sn-0.1P合金锻后显微组织的影响,优化了预热处理工艺。结果表明,在770℃预处理后,铸态合金在锻压后组织再结晶良好,晶粒细化明显,三元共晶组织的偏析得到了很好控制。通过合适的挤压工艺,有效地消除了合金铸态组织中的树枝状晶;合金在挤压的过程中具有较好的再结晶,细化了晶粒,减小了三元共晶组织的偏析,有利于锡青铜合金的进一步加工。
Effects of different preheat treatment temperatures and extrusion processes on microstructure ofCu-6.SSn-0.1P wear-resistant tin bronze alloy after forging were mainly studied. Preheat treatment process was optimized. The results show that after the pretreatment at 770 ℃, the recrystallization of casting alloy after forging is good, the grains are obviously refined, and the segregation of ternary eutectic microstructure is well controlled. The dendrite in the as-cast alloy microstructure is effectively eliminated by proper extrusion process; the alloy has good recrystallization during extrusion, the grains are refined, and the segregation of ternary eutectic microstructure is reduced, which is conducive to the further processing of tin bronze alloy.
