摘要
针对目前再生水利用风险评价中的片面性及权重计算不合理等问题,在建立全面系统的再生水利用风险综合评价指标体系的基础上,以模糊物元模型为基础,利用spearman等级系数阵进行组合赋权,结合TOPSIS法构建全新的再生水利用风险评价模型。4个城市的实测数据对该模型的合理性的验证结果与实际情况相符,证明该模型具有可靠性,可为城市再生水的有效利用提供理论基础。
In view of the one-sidedness in current risk evaluation system of reclaimed water resources use and the irrationality of weight calculation, a comprehensive risk evaluation index system for reclaimed water use is developed, and then a new risk assessment model of recycled water use is established based on fuzzy matter-element model, in which, the spearman rank coefficient array is used to Fompute the weights of indexes and the TOPSIS method is used. The model is verified by four cities' actual measured data and the results of evaluation are in accordance with actual situation, which proves that the model is reliable and can provide theoretical basis for the effective utilization of urban reclaimed water.
