摘要
目的评估在大中专学生中开展预防艾滋病健康教育讲座的效果,为更加有效开展艾滋病健康教育工作提供思路。方法 2017年9月在全市5所大中专院校开展艾滋病防治知识讲座,对参与讲座的1 000名学生在讲座前后对其进行问卷调查。结果通过讲座,学生们对以下6个方面的艾滋病相关知识回答正确率显著提高(P<0.01),正确使用安全套降低艾滋病病毒传播的危险(由60.88%提高到86.51%)、与艾滋病人日常接触不会感染艾滋病病毒(由42.15%提高的60.04%)、蚊虫叮咬不会传染艾滋病(由21.44%提高到50.84%)、艾滋病可通过母婴传播(由90.38%提高到95.71);学生们对艾滋病感患者的认知和态度也发生了明显改变(P<0.01),72.28%的学生认为应该对艾滋病患者的个人信息进行保密,80.65%的学生表示愿意继续同艾滋病感染者和患者交往。结论开展健康教育讲座,是提高青少年学生艾滋病知识掌握度的有效措施,对改善学生对待艾滋病患者的态度也具有重要作用,是做好艾滋病防治工作的重要手段。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education lecture on AIDS prevention among college students, so as to provide the basis for further improving the health education of AIDS. Methods The education lecture on AIDS had been conducted among 5 colleges in Dezhou city in September 2017. 1 000 students who attended lectures were selected to investigate their AIDS knowledge and attitude. Results The correct rate of the basic questions on AIDS after the educa tion lectures was obviously improved compared with that before the lecture,especially in the six issues related to the transmission of AIDS（ P〈0.01）. Before and after the lectures, the knowledge awareness rate in using condoms properly in creased from 60.88% to 86.51% ;More students realized that individuals cannot become infected through ordinary daily contact and mosquito bites. （The awareness rate increased respectively 17.89 %0 and 29.40%）;the awareness rate of HIV mother to child transmission increased from 90.38% to 95.71%. The attitude of students to AIDS patients had been also changed significantly（ P〈0.01）. 72.28% students thought that personal information about AIDS patients should be kept confidential. 80.65% college students said they were willing to continue to interact with people infected with HIV. Conclusion It is effective to improve related knowledge on AIDS among students through health knowledge lectures. Health education is very important to AIDS prevention.
