摘要
针对具体的直线发电机通常需要通过实验获得其声电转换特性及阻抗特性,该文搭建1个直线发电机测试平台,分别考察外接电阻、等效电感和频率等运行参数对上述特性的影响规律。实验表明,在平均压力为6 MPa,工作频率为60 Hz时,直线发电机在阻抗幅值为1.75×10^7Pa·s/m^3,阻抗相角为4°时,效率可达77%。实验还表明,电路谐振时可提高直线发电机的效率,但频率对效率无影响,且发电机效率在高阻值时变化不大。
For a s characteristics and pecific linear alternator, it is usually necessary to obtain its acoustic and electrical conversion impedance characteristics through experiments. A test platform for linear alternator was set up to examine the influence of operating parameters such as external resistance, equivalent inductance and frequency on the above characteristics. The experiment shows that when the average pressure is 6 MPa, operation frequency is 60 Hz, the impedance amplitude and impedance phase angle of linear alternator are 1.75 ×10^7Pa·s/m^3 and 4°, respectively, the efficiency can reach up to 77%. The experiment also shows that the circuit resonance can improve the efficiency of the linear alternator, but the frequency has no effect on the efficiency, and the alternator efficiency does not change much when the resistance is high.
