摘要
本文使用圆通快递运单数据,利用统计分析的方法,分析了圆通快递在全国的设施网络布局与网络流特征。圆通快递运输呈现转运中心与营业网点两个层级的集聚与分散。对于转运中心之间的运输,当货物途径两个转运中心时,得出转运中心之间货物运输量;当货物途径三个转运中心时,得出转运中心之间的中转网络。对于转运中心分拔至营业网点的过程,得出每个转运中心的分拔范围与货物分拔的空间分布,发现不同地区的转运中心分拨特征呈现较大的差异。此外,计算货物在运输过程各个阶段的时间花费,并按转运中心计算均值,发现转运中心分拨时间与转运中心的分布密度呈负相关,营业网点配送时间与营业网点的分布密度呈负相关。
This paper utilizes Yuantong express waybill data to analyze the network layout of logistics facilities and the network flow on them with statistical analysis method. Yuantong express presents two levels' concentration and dispersion. One is transfer center, the other distribution point. With regard to the transport process between transfer centers, when the goods pass through two transfer centers, the quantity of goods transported between transfer centers is computed. When the goods pass through three transfer centers, the transfer network between transfer centers is obtained. With regard to the distribution process between transfer centers, the distribution domain and the distribution of goods of each transfer center are calculated. In addition, this paper computers the time cost of each stage of transport process, as well as their mean value of each transfer center.
