摘要
配料是氧化铝生产最关键的环节之一,配料的好坏直接关系到后续生产指标、能耗乃至成本。通过引进在线分析仪,建立自动化配料,达到稳定配料、精准配料的效果,对降低人工作业强度和降低消耗发挥了重要作用。
Materials distribution is one of the most critical aspects in alumina production. The performance of materials distribution is directly related to subsequent production indicators, energy consumption and even cost. By introducing an online analyzer and establishing the automated distribution, the effect of stable and precise distribution is achieved, and it plays an important role in reducing the labor intensity and cutting the consumption.
