摘要
目的探讨光固化复合树脂在前牙修复中的临床疗效和患者的满意度。方法选取1：2腔综合科患者70例，共计100颗前牙需修复，用FihekTMZ350XT通用纳米树脂对患者进行修复，6、12、24个月后观察分析其临床疗效及患者的满意度。结果对100颗患牙进行树脂修复后，随访2年，成功率达95％，患者满意度达92％。结论FihekTMZ350XT通用纳米树脂用于修复前牙具有较高的成功率和关学效果，能够提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction on light cured and composite resin in anterior teeth restoration. Methods A total of 70 patients with 100 anterior teeth were selected and all the 100 anterior teeth were repaired. The patients were repaired with Filtek TM Z350 XT universal nano resin, after 6 months, 12 months and 24 months, the clinical efficacy and satis- faction of patients were observed and analyzed. Results After 100 teeth were repaired, patients were followed up for 2 years, the success rate was 95%, and the satisfaction rate was 92%. Conclusions The Fihek TM Z350 XT universal nano resin has high success rate and aesthetic effect for repairing anterior teeth, and can improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
