摘要
中医儿科外治法从无到有,经历了先秦两汉时期的只有中医外治法,没有中医儿科外治法,到魏晋南北朝时期的中医儿科外治法的出现,再到隋唐时期中医儿科外治法的发展三个阶段。三个阶段各具特色,值得对其发展概况进行研究。通过对先秦两汉的《黄帝内经》、《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》,魏晋南北朝的《小品方》、《针灸甲乙经》,隋唐时期的《千金方》、《外台秘要》等文献进行总结梳理,对宋代以前的中医儿科外治法进行概述。
Traditional Chinese medicine paediatrics has experienced the stages of blankness into existence. There has been only external therapy methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the the early Qin dynasty and the Han dynasties. The external therapy methods of traditional Chinese medicine paediatrics has existed in the Wei dynasty, the Jin dynasty, the Northern and Southern dynasties, with development during the Sui dynasty and the Tang dynasty. These three phases have their own characteristics, worthy of researching on its development summary. With reorganization and conclusion of Huangdi Neijing, Shan Han Lun, Jing Gui Yao Lue during the early Qin dynasty and the Han dynasties, Xiao Ping Fang, Zheng Jiu Jia Yi Jing during the Wei dynasty, the Jin dynasty, the Northern and Southern dynasties, Qian Jing Fang, Wai Tai Mi Yao during the Sui dynasty and the Tang dynasty etc. , this paper has reviews of reorganization and conclusion on external therapy methods on traditional Chinese pasediatrics before the Song dynasty.
