摘要
河北省立足区域经济提升发展,积极贯彻执行国家的军民融合发展战略,军民融合政策环境不断优化,产业发展势头良好,但与军民融合产业强省(直辖市)仍有一定差距,军民融合发展对产业优化升级的推动作用尚有待加强。本文将从不同角度提出措施建议,以进一步推进河北省军民融合产业的加速发展。
Hebei Province is implementing actively the national strategy of Military-Civilian Integration based on the development and upgrading of regional economy. Policy environment of military-civilian integration is optimizing constantly and the industry is developing with a sound momentum, but still there are some gaps compared with other provinces/municipalities which are strong in Military-Civilian Integration development. This article suggests some proposals and measures to further advance the accelerated growth of military-civilian integration in Hebei Province.
