摘要
为了选育出优良青贮玉米新品种,在9889的26个姊妹系中,选出6个优良系与9889自交系杂交配制成姊妹种,用其配制改良单交种。经过品比鉴定、14个生态试点的试验,最终选育出D340F(改良大京九26单交种)。该改良种平均干物质产量为24 124.45 kg/hm^2,较原单交种增产4.2%,稳产性参数较优,农艺性状有所改进,抗病性增强。D340姊妹种多数性状一般配合力的相对效应值都为较大正向效应值,平均制种产量为7 029.2 kg/hm^2,较原自交系平均增产45.9%,证明它是组配青贮玉米单交种的优良姊妹种。
For the sake of breeding excellent new species of silage maize,among the 26 sib-lines of 9889,six excellent lines were selected to cross with 9889 inbred line into sibling species,which were used to improve single cross hybrids. D340F( improved Dajingjiu 26 hybrid) was finally selected through compared experiments and tests in 14 ecological locations. The average dry matter yield of the modified hybrid was 24 124. 45 kg/ha,increased by 4. 2% compared to the original Dajingjiu 26,and yield stability parameters were better,agronomic traits were improved,disease resistance was enhanced. The GCA relative effect values of most characters of D340 sibling species were larger positive effect values,and the average yield of seed production was 7 029. 2 kg/ha,increased by 45. 9% compared to Dajingjiu 26,which proved that D340 was an excellent sibling species for breeding single cross hybrids of silage maize.
