摘要
介绍了红磷公司270 kt/a硫磺制酸装置余热梯级利用技术改造情况。空气风机驱动用汽轮机出口0.8 MPa、280℃蒸汽28t/h,需要通过减温减压器减温减压至0.5 MPa、220℃后并入低压管网供下游装置使用。余热梯级利用改造项目取消减温减压器,设置1台650 k W热功汽轮机和1台800kW异步发电机,发电后汽轮机出口0.5 MPa、220℃蒸汽直接并入低压管网。改造项目实施后吨酸电耗由原来的32kWh左右降至18kWh。
