摘要
采用化学法制备了超细至纳米级过氧化银粉体,通过改变过硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠的用量及反应体系的温度、pH值等制备条件,研究了各因素对超细至纳米级过氧化银产率的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对制备的粉体进行表征。结果表明,制备超细过氧化银粉体的最佳条件是反应体系的pH值为13.40,过硫酸钠与硝酸银物质的量之比为1∶1,十二烷基苯磺酸钠与硝酸银质量之比为1∶10,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为30min。此时,所制备的粉体中,过氧化银的含量达82.68%,其形貌为球状和片状的混合物。通过分析得出,制得粉体的主要杂质为三氧化二银。
Nano sized silver peroxide (AGO) powders are prepared by a chemical method. Effects of various factors on the ultrafine to nanoscale AgO output have been studied by altering Na2 S2 O8 , SDBS content, the temperature and pH value of the reaction system. The ultra powders prepared are characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X ray dif fraction (XRD). Theresults showthat theoptimum conditions are13.40 of pH value, n(Na2S2O8) : n(AgNO3) 1 : 1, m (SDBS) :m(AgNO3) 1 : 10, 60 ℃ of reaction temperature and the reaction time of 30 minutes. In these conditions, the ultrafine AgO content of the prepared power is 82.68%, and the morphology is a mixture of AgO particles with spherical and lamellar structures. The analysis indicates that the main impurity is powder for silver trioxide (Ag2O3).
