摘要
国内球团行业基本以生产酸性球团矿为主,为了满足用户需求,湛江钢铁球团设计生产碱性球团。碱性球团生产需重点关注原料质量、风热平衡及膨胀指数等关键指标,而市场上低硅、低碱金属及磁铁矿资源的极度匮乏导致控制难度进一步加大。总结了湛钢球团500万t/a链篦机—回转窑生产线采用高比例赤铁矿生产氧化球团的情况,通过不断摸索和技术攻关,现已基本实现碱性球团的连续稳定生产并首次月达产,成功将低硅烧结粉应用于球团生产,并利用碱性球团生产线开发出酸性球团产品。
Domestic pellet plant mostly produce the acid pellet. However,there is a grate-kiln pellet process in Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron Steel base,which is designed annual fluxed pellet production of 5 million tons. The major difficulties of fluxed pellet production include the property of raw materials,balance of heat mass,swelling index control. etc. But the shortage of low silica alkalies concentrates makes the production more difficult. The production performance of raw materials blending employed high percentage of hematite ore,and the operation of steady production of fluxed pellet were summarized. So far,the designed production capacity of grate-kiln pellet process in Zhanjiang base has been achieved and the process kept smooth and steady. Further,the pellet process in Zhanjiang base has successfully produced the acid pellet.
