摘要
目的研究术后早期肠内营养支持型护理对重型颅脑损伤开颅术患者的预后及生活质量评分(QOL评分)及日常生活能力评分(ADL评分)的影响。方法选择我院2015年2月至2017年2月收治的84例重型颅脑损伤开颅术患者作为研究对象,根据术后营养支持方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组患者40例,进行肠外营养支持;观察组患者44例,进行肠内营养支持,比较两组患者的预后效果。结果观察组患者术后14天的血清白蛋白(Alb)值,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组其他指标值差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组术后1周、2周的QOL评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1周、2周的ADL评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术后早期肠内营养支持型护理对重型颅脑损伤开颅术患者的预后效果更好,可显著提高患者的QOL评分和ADL评分,可在临床上广泛推荐应用。
Objective To study the effect of early postperative enteral nutrition support nursing on prognosis and quality of life score （QOL score） and activity of daily living （ADL score） of patients with severe craniocerebral injury craniotomy. Methods＇ A total of 84 cases of craniotomy with severe craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to different postoperative nutritional supports, the two groups were divided into the control group and the observation group. Forty cases of the patients in the control group were supported by parenteral nutrition. Forty-four cases of the patients in the observation group were supported by enteral nutrition. The prognosis of the two groups was compared. Results The serum albumin （Alb） level of the patients in the observation group at 14 days after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in other indexes （P〉0.05）. The QOL scores at 1 week and 2 weeks after operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The ADL scores at 1 week and 2 weeks after operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early postoperative enteral nutrition support nursing has better prognosis in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. It can significantly improve the patients＇ QOL score and ADL score, which can be widely recommended in clinic.
