摘要
目的探究综合治疗对四肢骨折合并血管损伤病症的临床疗效。方法随机将我院骨科2011年1月至2017年10月撷取的110例四肢骨折患者分为试验组及参照组,每组55例。试验组采用综合治疗,参照组采用常规治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为96.36%,高于参照组的80.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗在四肢骨折合并血管损伤病症中临床效果较好,安全、可靠,值得在临床应用并推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of extremities fracture combined with vascular injury disease. Methods From January 2011 to October 2017, 110 patients with extremities fractures in the orthopedics department of our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group, with 55 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with comprehensive treatment, and the reference group was treated with conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared. Results＇ The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.36%, which was higher than 80.00% in the reference group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment in extremities fracture combined with vascular injury disease has good clinical effect, it is safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
