摘要
传染病专业因多种病源、涉及多器官系统、诊断困难等特点,其临床教学具有特殊性,对专业学位研究生的临床带教提出挑战,针对未明确诊断的传染病病例,如何既能够确保学生避免感染,又充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高传染病专业临床专业学位研究生临床工作胜任力,建立相应的教学模式是本专业要解决的课题。结论,在传染病专业临床教学中采用以案例为基础(case-based learning,CBL)教学法,该方法可促进学生对传染病学知识的掌握、培养学生的学习积极性和主动性、提高临床思维能力。
The clinical teaching of infectious disease is faced with such challenges as multiple pathogenic sources, multiorgan system treatment and difficulty in diagnosis, particularly, for the graduate students. For the infectious disease cases with no definite diagnosis, the paper focused on how to take measures to protect students from infection and fully call out students' enthusiasm and initiative. The aim is to enhance the students' ability and make sure they are qualified for clinical work. We concluded that CBL is suitable for clinical teaching of infectious diseases specialty, which is helpful to improve the interest and initiative of students.
